Chocolate Oat Shortbread

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add vanilla. Combine flour, oats, cocoa powder and cinnamon; blend into creamed mixture. Press dough into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies over dough; press in lightly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until set. Cut into thin bars 6 by 8.
