M&M'S® Colorful Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups flour
2 8- ounce bars fat free cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies

Directions

Line 9" brownie pan with foil. Beat butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt; then fold in flour. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and blend. Press into pan, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together cream cheese and remaining sugar; when smooth, add eggs (one at a time) and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Remove crust from fridge, and bake for 20 minutes. When done, pour cream cheese mixture over top. Bake for 40 minutes, let cool. Once cool, top with M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, remove and cut into triangle shapes.
