Orange Coconut Cream Bars

Ingredients

1 18.25-ounce package yellow cake mix
2/3 cup chopped nuts
1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 large egg
1 14-ounce can fat free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, nuts, oats, butter and egg until ingredients are thoroughly moistened and mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup mixture. Firmly press remaining mixture into bottom of prepared baking pan; bake 10 minutes. Combine sweetened condensed milk and orange zest; spread over baked base. Combine reserved crumb mixture; coconut and M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies; sprinkle evenly over sweetened condensed milk mixture and press in lightly. Continue baking 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely; cut into 32 bars. Store in tightly covered container.
