M&M'S® Cheesecake

Ingredients

1 cup chocolate cookies crumbs
3 8-ounce packages fat free cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablepoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cookie crumbs with butter until moist. Press mixture into bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake crust for ten minutes. After ten minutes, put crust to the side.

Soften cream cheese with sugar and flour on medium speed until creamy and well mixed. Scrape side of bowl and add one egg at a time to cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each egg is added. Stir in the vanilla. Next, stir in ½ cup of the M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies. Pour cream cheese mixture into the springform pan. Sprinkle the remaining M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies on the top of the cake. Bake in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes, then turn heat down to 250°F. Bake an additional 30 minutes, or until the top looks dry and the cake has very little movement in the center. When finished baking, carefully slide flat knife or spatula around edge of cake.

Place in refrigerator overnight. Cheesecake can be stored in the freezer for 6 months. Just place in large plastic freezer bag.
