Jeweled Brownie Cheescake

Ingredients

2/3 cup butter
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs whites
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cups M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
1 8-ounce package fat free cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch springform pan; set aside. Place butter and chocolate in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Microwave on HIGH an additional 30 seconds; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add ¾ cup sugar and egg whites, one at a time, beating well after each addition; blend in flour. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, whole egg and vanilla. Spread half of the chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chocolate mixture, leaving a 1-inch border. Spread remaining chocolate mixture evenly over top, all the way to the edges. Sprinkle with M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
