Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies
18 large marshmallows

Directions

Cream together sugar and shortening. Add egg to mixture. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add vanilla, milk and M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies. Mix together, drop onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 8 minutes. Top each cookie with a marshmallow. Bake 3 minutes longer and cool.

Frosting: 

½ cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons of water
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
Mix all ingredients together and frost top of cookies. Sprinkle frosting with M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies.
