Do I have shipping options?

We have 3 options for you to choose from – exclusions apply:

  • Standard: Arrives within 5-7 business days $9.99

Please note AK and HI orders do not have the ability to ship ground therefore we must charge an express rate which is an additional $20.

Are all 24 colors available for custom printing?

To ensure the highest level of print quality, you can personalize 20 out of our 24 colors, (aqua, blue, cream, dark green, dark pink, electric green, gold, green, light blue, light purple, pearl, platinum, light pink, orange, purple, red, silver, teal, white, and yellow).

Four other colors (black, dark blue, maroon and brown) can be blended with your order but cannot be personalized.

Can I make modifications to an order I recently placed?

Once confirmed and placed through our website, your personalized order is immediately sent to our M&M'S® Workshop so that we can begin the transfer of your creative ideas onto the candy. This process ensures we meet the quality service and standards you expect from M&M'S. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order on our website confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Can I cancel my order?

Once confirmed and placed through our website, your personalized order is immediately sent to our M&M'S® Workshop so that we can begin the transfer of your creative ideas onto the candy. This process ensures we meet the quality service and standards you expect from M&M'S®. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order on our website confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Can I order customized peanut or dark chocolate M&M'S?

Currently we only custom print on M&M'S Milk Chocolate candies, however M&M'S is continuously exploring new and exciting ways to create the "WOW" experience. We also sell Peanut and other delicious flavors. Check our other exciting products here.

Can I print individual message(s) or image(s) by bag or color?

To ensure we can provide a quality product and an affordable price, the current process we utilize when printing messages on M&M'S Chocolates is to evenly distribute the messages throughout all of the colors within your order. For example, if your order has different messages and different colors, all of the messages will be printed on all of the colors.

We can print one message per color by entering two separate orders with one message and one color per order. Please be aware that this may still require a minimum purchase per order.

Is there an "m" on the product?

There is always an "m" on one side of the product. The "m" is what sets the brand apart and is the symbol of our commitment to quality.

What color is the custom printing text?

Custom printed messages, faces, and logos are printed in black ink. The "m" character is printed in gray. Both are printed using unique printing technology and that is why the 2 different colors and print types.

Can I place my order now and have it shipped at a future date?

We have streamlined our production process to ensure delivery of all orders on or before the delivery date posted on our website at the time you place your order. To ensure that we fulfill our delivery date promises, we are unable to accept orders with specific future delivery dates.

Please keep in mind that our candy will last for nearly a year. If you would like to order our personalized candy now, you can store it for your future event. Simply remove the candies from their original box, then store them at room temperature (between 65–75°F, do not refrigerate), out of direct sunlight, and in their sealed plastic bags.

Is this product kosher?

Yes, M&M'S Milk Chocolate Candies produced and sold in the US are kosher.

The ink is made from all food-grade ingredients, and all equipment, packaging, and methods meet our high standards of food safety purity and quality.

Can I print anything on the candies?

Each candy can be printed with up to 2 lines of text, featuring 9 characters per line. You can print different messages in the same order-for the same cost.

M&M'S Chocolate Candies deliver fun and a smile! So when designing your personalized M&M'S®" experience, it is important to have fun. However, it must be tasteful and fun. And yes, we do have some rules that will help us deliver a product that we can all be proud of.

  • Please don't use objectionable words and phrases. No obscenities or inappropriate images. We don't want to leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth.
  • Custom Printed M&M'S are for personal use only. That means no images or names that belong to a business, product, celebrity, specific sports teams, major events, landmarks, or schools or institutions.
  • We take great pride in the history of M&M'S products, so the only single letter we print on our candy is the letter "m".
  • To avoid any confusion and keep everyone safe, we will not print any reference to drugs or prescription items, especially those that are in pill or capsule form
Do you provide donations?

Mars Retail Group makes substantial contributions each year to a number of charities and non-profit organizations. We are proud of our efforts to give back to our communities, and feel confident these efforts benefit a broad spectrum of worthy charities and activities. While we appreciate the opportunity to participate in specific fundraising efforts, Mars Retail Group does not accept direct donation requests.

I'm planning an event. Can I see samples?

Creating personalized candies involves very detailed and time-consuming processes that are directly connected to the cost of our candy. To ensure we can provide a positive experience at an affordable cost, we cannot send physical samples of your personalized candy. If you would be interested, you could place a minimum-sized order that could be used to show as samples.

How should I store my candies until my event?

They can be stored in the shipping container until you're ready. Ideal conditions are between 65 and 75 degrees F. Please do not refrigerate.

Can I bake with my personalized M&M’S?

We do not recommend that you bake with your personalized M&M’S, the heat from the oven will melt the wax coating on your candy in turn this will distort or completely erase the design from the candy shell. However you may want to add the candies to your baked goods after baking has been completed and just before your cookies or cake has fully cooled.

My promotion code doesn’t work/ I’m not getting my discount. Can you help?

Only one promotion code can be used per order. To redeem a promotion code, please enter it in the Promotion Code or Coupon Code field found on your shopping cart page or in the Promotion Code or Coupon Code field found on the Billing page of checkout. Only one promotion code per order may be used. Please note not all items are promotion eligible, clearance items are already discounted and licensed products are not eligible for discounts.

How do promotional codes work?

Enter your promotion into the "Enter Promotion Code" field, which can be found in the upper right corner of our homepage. Please enter your promotion code prior to placing any items in your shopping cart, or the promotion will not properly apply. Please note that only one promotion can be used per order and exclusions will apply to Licensed and clearance items.

Which products can you ship internationally?

We are able to ship M&M'S custom print and/or FACES orders internationally only. Licensed products such as NFL, MLB and NBA Teams are currently not available for international shipping.

Are there any countries that you do not ship to?

We regret that we are unable to ship to certain countries where customs laws and restrictions prohibit our product. This decision is not based from Mars Retail Group and is solely based on customs and food regulations. The countries that our products cannot be received include: Argentina, Andorra, Belgium, Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong Iceland, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Mexico, Myanmar, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, UAE, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

Please note that shipping to Saudi Arabia, Trinidad, and Bahrain can be extremely difficult. To facilitate shipping, please contact your customs agents to ensure that all documentation needed for safe importation is prepared.

When do you charge my card?

Your credit card will not actually be charged until your order has been shipped. However, at the time you place and pay for your order, we pre-authorize for the amount of the items you’ve ordered plus applicable shipping fees and sales tax with your credit or debit card issuer. This may have an impact on your account balance. For more information about card authorizations and charges, please contact your credit card issuer at the customer service phone number on the back of your card.

What is a pending hold?

When your account indicates there is a pending hold on a transaction, the transaction has been preauthorized for a certain amount that was submitted to the bank by MM’S for the order you have placed. This hold will be released as payment to MM’S as soon as the order is shipped.

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, we accept debit cards as a form of payment. However, please note that we authorize debit cards and credit cards at the point of sale but we do not charge your card until your order has shipped. This can be mistaken for double billing and may impact your available balance. Each financial institution is different; therefore please refer to the issuing bank of your debit card for their specific authorization processes.

I am from Canada, why do I see a higher charge on my billing statement than I saw on your website?

Our website prices are based off of the US dollar, therefore depending on the value of Canadian currency at any given time you could see variable exchange fees from your bank. Please contact your bank for details.

Do you accept Gift Cards as payment?

We currently do not accept gift cards as a form of payment.

PayPal customers please note that if any changes are made to your order such as shipping information, packaging, candy colors or quantities we are unable to reauthorize your payment and this will require a new form of payment such as a credit/debit card.

Why isn’t my order going through?

Please make sure your billing address matches that of the card that you’re using. To protect our customers we partner with your bank for address verification and if it doesn’t match exactly the card may not authorized for payment.

Which products can you ship to Canada?

We are able to ship MY M&M'S® custom print and/or FACES orders to Canada only.

Licensed Team Blends (NFL/MLB/NBA) are currently not available for Canadian shipping.

I'm planning an event, and need to send my product there – can I reship it?

We take great care in packing and shipping these products, and do not recommend reshipping.

How are my candies shipped?

Our shipping department works to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition and to the level of quality you have come to expect from M&M'S®.

For that reason, during the summer months, all orders are shipped using 2-Day Express delivery method at no additional cost to you. Throughout the rest of the year, we utilize the professionals at FedEx™ to ensure your order will be delivered on or before your delivery date and with the utmost care.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the perishability of our products, we do not ship over the weekends or for arrival on Mondays. Depending on the area FedEx may be able to deliver on a Saturday. Please contact FedEx to verify availability of Saturday delivery in your area.

All orders are shipped in insulated boxes, and specific packaging procedures are used based on seasons and ship-to locations. We will add a reusable freezer pack in warm weather to keep your candy safe.

How will I know when the product ships?

We offer our customers several options to monitor the progress of their orders.

  • MY M&M'S provides email updates with updates, such as shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Why do some candy items take longer to ship?

All custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies and party favors with customized M&M'S Milk Chocolate Candies are made to order, so these require more time to produce and ship. If you need your order sooner, rush delivery is available within the U.S. for an additional fee.

You can view approximate delivery dates for both regular and rush shipping by checking the delivery time stated at checkout when you choose your shipping preference.

Do you offer an Expedite Service option if I need my order sooner?

Express delivery is available on all of our products (except logo orders) within the U.S. for an additional fee (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

For an additional $20.00 charge, Expedite Delivery orders placed before 3pm ET from Monday through Thursday will be pushed to the front of the line for delivery in one to two business days. Expedite Delivery orders placed after 3pm ET it will be processed on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the perishability of our products, we do not ship over the weekends or for arrival on Mondays. Depending on the area FedEx may be able to deliver on a Saturday. Please contact FedEx to verify availability of Saturday delivery in your area.

Can I modify my expedite order?

To ensure that we meet your delivery request, your order is immediately moved to a processing status and work begins. So any modification to your order will cause a delay in receiving your order on time. Please utilize the order preview and fully review your order details prior to submitting. Canceling your order would still incur the costs of the product, expediting cost and possible shipping costs.

Can I ship my order to an APO, FPO or PO Box?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the ability to send your custom MYMM's to any APO, FPO or PO Box. This in no way reflects our feelings towards the women and men who serve our country. Current regulations prevent non-government parcel services from delivering packages directly to APO's and FPO's. We are continuously trying to improve our service and quality; we are working with our business partner to overcome this challenge, as FedEx™ currently does not ship directly to APO's FPO's or PO box. Can I print a business logo or symbol?

If you are interested in placing a logo or symbol on your candy, please visit the business section of our website, where you can upload your business logo to be placed on the candy. Please remember all logos are printed in black ink and may need to be modified for optimal results. What are the production lead times for my business order?
