M&M'S Bunny Vanilla Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 200g baking margarine, softened
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 30ml milk
- 200g self-raising flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g icing sugar, sifted
- 75g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 M&M’S® Bunnies, roughly chopped

Makes: 20 pieces
- Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease and line a 26 x 22cm baking tin with baking paper.
- Using an electric whisk, beat together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually whisk in the eggs, milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract until combined, then stir in the self-raising flour.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the oven for 25-35 mins until golden in colour. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the tin.
- To make the icing, beat together the icing sugar, butter and the remaining vanilla extract until smooth. You may need to add a splash of hot water to loosen.
- Remove the cake from the tin, then spread over the buttercream icing, top with the M&M’S® Bunnies and serve.
