ELIGIBILITY

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK and ROI, except for employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. 
3. Internet access and registration required. Purchase necessary. Mobile data charged at your networks standard rate.
4. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions (see Conditions 7 & 8 below) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

5. The main promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 10.08.25 to 23:59:59 on 03.11.25. Entries submitted outside of these promotional dates will not be included in the main promotion. Entries received between 00:00:01 on 04.11.25 to 23:59:59 on 25.01.26 will be entered into the wrap-up draw. Entries must be received within these times in order to be valid.

9. If entering from ROI, a skill question will need to be answered before registering your barcode and personal details.
10. Only one entry per person, per day will be accepted. Anyone attempting to enter more frequently will be disqualified.
11. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation.
12. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request and gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry / win.

PRIZE INFORMATION

 

17. There are 3,521 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the main promotion. There are 5 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the wrap up draw. Prizes will be awarded throughout the promotion, as detailed in Condition 22.
18. There are 10 additional prizes in total for all Sainsburys entrants, which will be drawn once the campaign closes on 03.11.25.
19. There are 2,001 additional prizes in total for all Tesco entrants, which will be drawn once the campaign closed on 03.11.25.
20. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified and the prize withdrawn. No cash alternatives or other alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

 

22. The prizes specified in Condition 13 of these Terms and Conditions will be awarded via an independent computerised process. The process will identify random times as “winning moments” and the first entry received on or after such “winning moment” will be awarded a prize at random. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment will remain available until the next entry.  
23. Winners will be notified instantly on screen and sent a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion. All wins will be verified, and once confirmed a follow up text message will be sent within 7 days confirming the winning prize details.
24. Once the promotion has closed on 03.11.25, all Sainsburys and Tesco entrants will be divided in accordance with the retailer they selected when submitting their entry.  Winner(s) will be picked at random from all valid entries for each retailer they selected, using an automated computer program in line with the prizes specified in Conditions 15 and 16. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the campaign period closing with a confirmation text message to mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion.
25. Only one prize per person will be accepted for epic stays at Disneyland® Paris, including 1 night at the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel and 2 days access to the Disney® Parks including Disney Premier Access Ultimate for 4 people (including travel) or day tickets to Disneyland® Paris for 2 people (including accommodation and travel) or VIP trip to M&M’S London. All wins will be verified.
26. The wrap-up draw will be held once the wrap up promotional period closes on 25.01.26. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an independently supervised process. Wrap-up draw winners will be notified by no later than 06.02.25 with a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion. Prizes will be dispatched to arrive in the post within 28 days using 48hr Royal Mail tracked service and will be sent to the address details provided upon entry.

Prize Redemption: 

27. Winners of the epic stays at Disneyland® Paris, including 1 night at the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel and 2 days access to the Disney® Parks including Disney Premier Access Ultimate for 4 people (including travel) and day tickets to Disneyland® Paris for 2 people (including accommodation and travel) will receive an email from the Prize Provider (who have been contracted by the Promoter to administer this prize), within 14 working days of winner verification notification to arrange their prize. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize from all remaining entries if possible. Winners should retain their notification text message until their win has been verified.

Includes hotel – airport/train station transfers.  A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; hotel accommodation is for one night based on four adults sharing one superior room with 2 two double beds, including breakfast and free park shuttle bus. Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest. Sainsburys:

Winners of the VIP trip to M&M’S London will receive an email from the Prize Provider (who have been contracted by the Promoter to administer this prize), within 14 working days of winner verification notification to arrange their prize. Winners will be required to choose from 2 dates 24.01.26 – 25.01.26 or 07.03.26 – 08.03.26. Winners must respond to the email sent from the Prize Provider with their chosen date. Dates will be first come first served, with 5 winners accepted per date.

 

Prize is for 4 adults and the recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel. Standard class train travel within mainland UK to London only. VIP Return train station transfers are included from one location for all 4 people. All elements of the prize are subject to availability. If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion. Tesco:

Winners of the Tesco Digital Gift Cards will receive a text message sent to the mobile number provided on entry containing their winning voucher link and instructions on how to redeem. Only one Tesco Digital Gift Card allowed per person.

 

 

28. The Rakuten TV movie codes are valid until 03.11.26. Each voucher code can be redeemed for a movie rental in SD or HD up to a maximum value of £5.99/€5.99. A winner can watch any of the movies available after clicking on "Redeem your voucher" and putting in the code when prompted. A winner renting a movie by using their voucher code will have up to 30 days after redeeming the voucher code to watch it and you will have 48 hours to watch it from the first playback. A winner of a voucher code will have to first register at Rakuten TV if they don’t have an account. See the terms and conditions of Rakuten TV which are accesible at rakuten.tv. Voucher codes are not for resale or exchanged for cash. The voucher codes from this promotion cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional codes or other promotions.

 

29. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not receive their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect address or bank details or due to postal delays or loss by the postal service.

 

30. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.

 

31. No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

32. A list of winners’ surnames is available on request. Please post your request and a stamped addressed envelope to: Consumer Care, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG within 3 months of the promotion close date. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing contact@ukmw.mars.com. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to regulatory authorities if required by law to do so.

 

33. In the event a winner requests for their personal data, including phone number and address details, to be deleted, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their phone number. The name and contact details of the winner(s) will be retained for 30 days after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winner, and always in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Surname and/or county details may be retained and made available to members of the public in accordance with Condition 32.

 

34. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

 

35. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the winner does not receive their prize as a result of having provided incomplete or inaccurate address details.

 

36. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including by asking for receipts, the winners’ identity, including proof of age (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a  participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions (including entry requirements) or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

 

37. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

 

38. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

 

39. Limitations of liability: Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

 

• Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; and
• Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person (or their property) which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

40. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.
41. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish, Northern Irish or Irish courts (respectively), if you wish.

What is included with the epic stay at Disneyland® Paris?

How do I know if I have won?

Winners will be notified instantly on screen and sent a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion. All wins will be verified, then once confirmed a follow-up text message will be sent within 7 days confirming the winning prize details.

Winners of epic stays at Disneyland® Paris for 4 people, including travel, 1 night at the Disney® Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and 2 days access to the Disney® Parks with Disney Premier Ultimate Access, 1 day tickets to Disneyland® Paris for 2 people, including accommodation and travel will receive an email from the Prize Provider within 14 days of winner verification notification to arrange their prize.

Winners of the M&M’S goodies will be sent a verification text message notifying them of their win. Prizes will be dispatched to arrive in the post within 28 days using 48hr Royal Mail tracked service and will be sent to the address details provided upon entry.

Winners of the Rakuten TV movie codes will receive notification of their eligibility to claim their digital code via text message to the mobile number provided on their entry.

How do I know if I have won with Tesco or Sainsburys?

Additional UK only Tesco and Sainsburys draw will be held once the promotion period closes on 3^rd November 20025. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an independently supervised process and will be notified no later than 17^th November 2025 with a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided on entry.

The wrap-up draw will be held once the wrap up promotional period closes on 25^th January 2026. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an independently supervised process. Wrap-up draw winners will be notified by no later than 6^th February 2026 with a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion. Prizes will be dispatched to arrive in the post within 28 days using 48hr Royal Mail tracked service and will be sent to the address details provided upon entry.
