Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 200g light brown soft sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 250g plain flour
- 100g M&M’S® Choco Eggs, roughly chopped
- 100g M&M’S® Minis

Makes: 20 pieces
- Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 5. Grease and line a rectangular 20cm x 30cm brownie tin with baking paper.
- Gently melt the butter and both sugars in a pan over a low heat until the sugar has melted, then remove from the heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
- Gradually beat in the eggs until well combined, then mix in the vanilla extract, baking powder, flour and most of the M&M’S® Choco Eggs and M&M’S® Minis. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and spread it out evenly, then top with the remaining Choco Eggs and Minis.
- Bake for 25-35 mins or until risen and golden. Leave to cool in the tin, then cut into 20 squares.
