Ingredients
  • 200g butter
  • 200g light brown soft sugar
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 250g plain flour
  • 100g M&M’S® Choco Eggs, roughly chopped
  • 100g M&M’S® Minis
Instructions :

Total Time: 55 minutes
Makes: 20 pieces

  1. Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 5. Grease and line a rectangular 20cm x 30cm brownie tin with baking paper.
  2. Gently melt the butter and both sugars in a pan over a low heat until the sugar has melted, then remove from the heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
  3. Gradually beat in the eggs until well combined, then mix in the vanilla extract, baking powder, flour and most of the M&M’S® Choco Eggs and M&M’S® Minis. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and spread it out evenly, then top with the remaining Choco Eggs and Minis.
  4. Bake for 25-35 mins or until risen and golden. Leave to cool in the tin, then cut into 20 squares.
