Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 pkg (1.48 oz each) Milk Chocolate M&M’S, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups rolled oats
Directions:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan and line with parchment paper. Chop half of the Milk Chocolate M&M’S; reserve remaining Milk Chocolate M&M’S.
  2. In small saucepan set over medium-low heat, combine butter, honey and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in oats; fold in chopped Milk Chocolate M&M’S. Scrape mixture into prepared pan. Press firmly into even layer. Top with remaining Milk Chocolate M&M’S. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely. Cut into 12 bars.

Tip:

  • Substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
