Cookie Dough Cups

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flourPinch salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tubes (50.2 g each) M&M’s Mini Milk Chocolate
Directions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes (+ 30 minutes chilling time)
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spread flour on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool completely. Whisk together flour and salt; sift to remove any lumps
- Using electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in M&M’s Mini Milk Chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll 2 tbsp dough into ball; repeat with remaining dough. To serve, divide among 8 cups.
Tip:
- For peanut butter cookie dough, beat in 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter.
