Recipe Ingredients:

• 4 drops green liquid food coloring
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1/4 cup butter
• 6 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 5 cups crispy rice cereal
• 1/2 cup M&M’S Milk Chocolate Candies for Easter
• 1 1/2 cups M&M’S Milk Chocolate Speckled Eggs

Directions:

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

1. Combine green food coloring with a few drops of water. Stir in coconut and toss until tinted green. Spread on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; let dry.
2. Melt butter in large saucepan set over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted; stir in vanilla.
3. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and M&M’S Milk Chocolate Candies for Easter.
4. Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray. Press 1/4 cup cereal mixture into each muffin cup, pressing up sides to shape into cups. Let cool; remove from tins.
5. Fill nests with coconut “grass” and M&M’S Milk Chocolate Speckled Eggs.

Tips:

• If desired, add an edible basket “handle,” by inserting the ends of a licorice whip into each side of basket.
