M&M Ice Cream Cookie Pops
Cool down with this fun mash up of an ice cream sandwich and ice pop all in one. This will be your snack of the summer (or anytime).

Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 M&M’S Vanilla Cookie Sandwiches, each cut into 4 wedges
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup M&M’S Minis
Directions:
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes (+ 1 hour 40 minutes freezing time)
- Attach 1 piece of M&M’S Vanilla Original Cookie Sandwich onto each skewer with the triangle tip pointing up; freeze until ready to use.
- In microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips and coconut oil for about 1 minute and 20 seconds, stirring every 20 seconds, until chocolate is runny.
- Dip each skewer into white chocolate mixture; freeze for about 10 minutes or until set. Dip each skewer into white chocolate mixture again; freeze for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate over cookie pop skewers; garnish with M&M’S Minis.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until ready to serve.
