This chocolate banana bread is baked to perfection with M&M’S Peanut Butter folded in, drizzled with melted peanut butter and topped with more M&M’S.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup M&M’S Peanut Butter, finely chopped, divided
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Directions:

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour 25 minutes (+ 1 hour 15 minutes cooling time)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9- x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. In large bowl, combine bananas, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla; fold in flour mixture and6 tbsp M&M’S Peanut Butter.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted incenter comes out clean. Let cool completely on rack.
  5. Unmold loaf; drizzle with peanut butter. Top with remaining M&M’S Peanut Butter. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
