M&M’s No-Bake Cheesecake Truffles

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 pkg (8 oz) brick-style plain cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1 cup M&M’s Minis, divided
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, divided
Directions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes (+ 1 hour, 10 minutes standing time)
- Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in icing sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup M&M’S Minis and 1/3 cup graham crumbs; freeze for 10 minutes.
- Scoop into 24 portions and roll into 1-inch balls. Coat in remaining M&M’s Minis and graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Tip:
- Add 2 tsp lemon zest to cream cheese mixture for a lemony twist.
