Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 M&M’S® Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
- 6 oz dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao), finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp M&M’S® MINIS Milk Chocolate Candy
Directions:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 1 hour 30 minutes standing time)
- Chop M&M’S® Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches into bite-size pieces. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet, spacing evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes or until completely frozen and firm. Keep frozen until needed.
- Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper so it overhangs edges.
- Transfer chocolate to medium heat-safe bowl set over medium saucepan of barely simmering water; heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped frozen ice cream cookie sandwiches, marshmallows, almonds and M&M’S® MINIS Milk Chocolate Candy. Freeze for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes or until chocolate is set and frozen.
- Remove bark from baking dish and peel off parchment paper. Break into pieces and store in airtight container in freezer for up to 1 week.
Tip:
- Substitute almonds with pecans, walnuts or peanuts if preferred.
