Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 M&M’S® Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
  • 6 oz dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao), finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp M&M’S® MINIS Milk Chocolate Candy
Directions:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 1 hour 30 minutes standing time)

  1. Chop M&M’S® Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches into bite-size pieces. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet, spacing evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes or until completely frozen and firm. Keep frozen until needed.
  2. Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper so it overhangs edges.
  3. Transfer chocolate to medium heat-safe bowl set over medium saucepan of barely simmering water; heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped frozen ice cream cookie sandwiches, marshmallows, almonds and M&M’S® MINIS Milk Chocolate Candy. Freeze for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes or until chocolate is set and frozen.
  5. Remove bark from baking dish and peel off parchment paper. Break into pieces and store in airtight container in freezer for up to 1 week.


Tip:

  • Substitute almonds with pecans, walnuts or peanuts if preferred.
