Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the type of products in your order. For orders containing My M&M'S Candies, your shipping costs will be calculated using the My M&M'S Shipping Table below. For orders to the US, please refer to the table below for U.S. Shipping Rates.

Please note that all shipping charges, including shipping surcharges, are calculated and shown on your order confirmation page. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional $20.00 fee.

Express Shipping is available on qualified orders for an additional $20.00 fee. Express Shipping is only available for deliveries on Tuesday through Saturday. See section for Delivery Times for availability. Express Shipping is not available for orders to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

This website currently ships to US addresses only. We do not ship to Canada at this time. However, we do have websites that service 11 EU countries, please visit mms.com and select your country in the upper righthand corner.

Revising Shipping Information on an Order

If the status of your order appears as 'shipped', we are unable to change the shipping or billing information on your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-696-6788, Mon - Fri, 9am - 7pm, ET., and a representative will gladly assist you with your changes.

Storing and Shipping Hints

Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'S to enjoy later?
Do not refrigerate; instead, store them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

Shipping them on to someone else?
Again, do not refrigerate them. Simply refreeze the included gel packs and place them back into the box, outside the bubble wrap-out of direct contact with product. Ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping).
