M&M’S® White Chocolate–Dipped Red Velvet Cookies
With festive M&M’S® Peanut Cupid’s Mix, these soft and chewy red velvet cookies make a pretty Valentine’s Day–inspired treat that’s sure to impress.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp red food coloring gel
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup M&M’S® Peanut Cupid’s Mix, chopped and divided
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes ((+ 1 hour 35 minutes standing time)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
- In medium bowl, using handheld electric mixer, beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg until incorporated. Beat in vinegar, red food coloring gel and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until incorporated. Fold in half the chopped M&M’s® Peanut Cupid’s Mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 12 equal portions. Roll into balls. Place at least 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined–baking sheet
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and set. Let cool completely on baking sheet.
- Meanwhile, in small heatproof bowl set over small saucepan of barely simmering water, stir white chocolate chips until smooth and melted. Remove from heat
- Dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate, letting excess drip back into bowl. Return to parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Garnish with remaining M&M’s®. Let stand until chocolate is set.
