1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Pinch salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 tubes (50.2 g each) M&M'S Minis Milk Chocolate


1. Preheat oven to 350?F. Spread flour on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool completely. Whisk together flour and salt; sift to remove any lumps.

2. Using electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until fully combined.

3. Fold in M&M’S Minis Milk Chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll 2 tbsp dough into ball; repeat with remaining dough. To serve, divide among 8 cups.

Tip: For peanut butter cookie dough, beat in 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter.
